Along with rain and fallen leaves, Shame Destroyer brings you new music from Dutnoff, Devin Stoneham, and classic re-releases from Vaslav and Neil Leyton! Here is a link to our Spotify playlist, This is Shame Destroyer.
Devin Stoneham – Same Thing for Dinner

After a decade long hiatus, Devin Stoneham opens his presence on streaming platforms around the world with a rocking track reminiscient of classic Pogues style, barn-storming, hard-working rock n roll complete with horns. Rumour has it Dutnoff and other Shame Destroyer label colleagues liked it so much they want in on the action, so there might even be a future release of “Same Thing for Dinner” with some special guests. Here is a little more info about Devin:

Meanwhile, Vince “Vaslav” Strnad unveils “Passion Flower”, a song recorded by Vaslav that harkens back to the days of The Henry Farm, where Vaslav played guitar, Neil Leyton sang and the rhythm section was made up of the Levy brothers, Zack and Simon.

Meanwhile, DUTNOFF continues his roll of new singles with Sentimental Cowgirl and Unmade Bed following on the heels of debut track, Next Life…

And finally, Neil Leyton’s “Evolver” compilation, originally released on Ian Tunstall’s Changes One label in the UK, now finds a new label home at Shame Destroyer.

Originally released by the Changes One label in the UK in 2003-2004, around the time of Neil Leyton’s first UK tours following the release of “From the Brighter Side of Her Midnight Sun”, Neil Leyton “Evolver” presents tracks of spanning the first 10 years of Leyton’s musical output, starting with The Conscience Pilate, Toronto indie darlings Leyton fronted from 1995-1998, followed by tracks from his first two solo albums as well as rarities including collaborations with Rich Jones (Stagger Twins!), Ky Anto, Brian Christopher, Sean Kelly and Dutnoff among other friends. Now available via Shame Destroyer, Leyton’s new boutique label, with original cover art by John Peace.
All this and more… work continues on mixing more brand new Passion d’Flower tracks, as well as preparing for the re-mastered new release of the classic debut by Passion d’Flower, “Flowers in the Rain”… there is a theme here this Fall it seems…
